Kelly Sedgwick is a professional coach and counselor who has spent nearly two decades helping people get out of their own way so they can live the life they most want. Her warm, solutions-focused style serves not only the clients she privately works with, but the audiences she speaks to through workshops, seminars, and conferences. For more than a decade at The Potter’s House, under the leadership of Bishop T.D. Jakes, she managed more than 6,000 interventions and led hundreds of life enrichment sessions for individuals, couples and groups seeking to create healthier behavior patterns and authentic, happier lives. Her focus is to break cycles of defeat in families by helping adults get unstuck from past issues and break through to their full potential.

She earned a master’s degree in counseling with honors from the Dallas Baptist University and has a BS in psychology with an emphasis in theatrical production from Oral Roberts University. Visit her online at
